Dear Lorne: You are most welcome to consign these Eschatological monstrosities to the everlasting flames where they should have gone in the first place. I burned some fifty of them several years ago and the house has remained hot ever since. I calculate that twenty tons of coal were saved thereby. This is your authorisation to give them a hasty and fiery despatch.
